Refund policy

At Dresteny, we follow a No Return / No Exchange policy, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Since our products are carefully packed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Delays caused by courier partners

We request customers to carefully review the size chart, product description, and images before placing an order.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact

After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as applicable.

Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Dresteny reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
