  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within India.

  • In some cases (remote areas, festivals, courier delays), delivery may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders/promotions.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery and may contact by call/SMS.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or non-response, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
 Dresteny will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a package in damaged condition, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
